THE EXPERIENCE

Aja Hair Care is an appointment- only experience designed to provide intentional care, professionalism, and elevated hair services.

To ensure a seamless experience for every guest, please review the following policies before booking.

BOOKING & LOCATION

Aja Har Care currently services Oklahoma City & San Antonio.

Clients are responsible for selecting the correct location when booking. Appointments booked under the wrong location may be canceled or rescheduled with applicable fees.

APPOINTMENT POLICIES 

Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your appointment. A $30 late fee will be applied after 10 minutes. Appointments exceeding 15 minutes late will be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited (non-refundable and non-transferable)

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a refund of the deposit. 

Late cancellations will result in the deposit being forfeited (non-refundable & non-transferable)

No-Shows

Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.

Future bookings may be declined.

PAYMENTS & SERVICE TERMS

Accepted Payments

Card, cash, Apple Pay, and Cash App are accepted.

Refund Policy

All services are final. Adjustments may be made within a reasonable timeframe if necessary.

Right to Refuse Service

Aja Beauty reserves the right to refuse service at any time to maintain the quality and integrity of the experience.

No penalties will apply.

Weather Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled at no cost due to unsafe weather conditions.

Media Consent

Photos and videos may be captured for branding purposes.
